Currently I am only shipping within the United States using USPS. This is for a number of reasons––one of which being it is the least complicated for me to figure out. 

Once a package is in the hands of the post office, there is nothing I can do beyond refresh the tracking number just like you. If an object hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, please reach out to me and we'll navigate the next step together. 

There are no returns, and I am not responsible for damages wrought by the postal service. Everything is packaged with its safety in mind, but accidents happen. Again, please email me and we can come up with a resolution. 

If you live outside of the US and think you'll absolutely die if you can't own something I've made. Please reach out to me (via email or the contact form) with the object you're interested in and I'll put it on hold while I calculate shipping, though know it won't be cheap (we're talking $30 or more). I'll do my best to accomodate, but I am only a single human on this earth.
